Fully booked: Breakfast Club with Thomas Vale

Date added: 07 March 2010

UPDATE: Please note that we have reached our maximum capacity for this event and cannot accept any more registrations. If you are signed up and, for some reason, are not able to attend, please let Steve Massey know (stephen_massey@sandwell.gov.uk or 0121 569 2105) so your place may be given to someone else.

At our Breakfast Club this Thursday (11 March), we're giving you the chance to meet the Thomas Vale team - the contractors behind some of Sandwell's newest regeneration projects.

As well as building the new Glebefields and Portway Health & Leisure Centres, and being a strategic partner to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council for its Housing 21 and Decent Homes schemes, Thomas Vale is charged with building the new £7m Tipton Green Junior School.

Tipton Green Junior School will be a complex project over five stages, carefully mananged to keep disruption to a minimum so that learning can continue. It is expected that a new classroom building will be open within a year. The remaining facilities and grounds will be fully completed by summer 2012.

For the school and its other projects, the Thomas Vale team needs suppliers of building materials, specialist products, interior fit-outs, landscaping, maintenance sub-contractor services, and much more. There's a good chance they'll need something your business can supply.

Our Breakfast Club on Thursday (taking place at Sandwell Council House - more details here) will give you the chance to hear from Richard Green, who is Thomas Vale's project manager for the Tipton Green Junior School rebuilding programme. You can get design previews of the brand new school, and hear directly from Richard how your business could supply to this exciting, muilti-million pound project.

And if that's not enough to get you setting your alarm for early o'clock, then there will also be the chance to network afterwards with more than 100 likeminded professionals, many of whom are interested in doing business with you.

Oh, and did we mention that you'll also get a free cooked breakfast?
