The All Saints development (just off Junction 1 of the M5) is a major Sandwell regeneration scheme and is set to become the premier office destination in West Bromwich. It's the first new office scheme being built in West Bromwich for more than 30 years and will create a stunning new headquarters for BT.

Construction work for Phase 1 has been awarded to principal contractor Bowmer & Kirkland, who will be providing 75,000 square feet of office space spread over five floors, plus car parking, external site works, landscaping, mains services, drainage and enabling works for the future construction of a new multistorey car park.

Work commenced in October 2010 and is due for completion in November 2011.
